Your snack game, breakfast game and healthy dessert game is about to be changed. Forever. As a self-professed chocoholic, who loves a good brownie, this is one of my absolute favorite ball recipes that has been crafted in my kitchen. And here’s the amazing news… the ingredients are so stinkin clean. If you are running out the door in the morning and craving some chocolatey flavor these Brownie Batter Balls would be the perfect way to keep cravings at bay…. and to skip your trip to Starbucks for a sugar bomb. Why have the 34 grams of sugar in a medium Starbucks mocha when you can fuel your body with quality, whole foods and healthy fats, still with that delicious chocolatey flavor.
Ok, I’ve been talking about these incredible balls for a while on social media and don’t want to hold back this goodness from you any longer! Here it is… it’s time to get rolling 😉

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free and oh so fudgy!
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup salted cashews
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milled flax seed
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a doughy ball forms.
Roll into balls and dust with cocoa powder.
Side note… throwback to a few months ago when I told y’all that I was about to blow up your feed with energy balls. Who kept their promise? So many balls. If you are digging this ball recipe, check out these others:
