I am finally done with diets for good.

Enlightening! I'm busy at home with the kids and needed this for my health. I feel like I am able to be a better mom to my kids and love how the course is broken up into a topic for each week.

Great course. I was having trouble with my energy and wanting to eat after trying intermittent fasting. Coach Reed helped me understand why my body wasn't responding like I wanted it to. I now have more energy, am less hungry, and have a toolbox full of habit tips to help me reach me future weight goal. I'm leaving the diets behind.
