It’s not frequently that I can put the words creamy, chocolatey and high protein all in the same sentence. But guess what my friends, today I can, because this healthy fruit dip is smooth and creamy, packed with cocoa powder and has a great amount of protein for your snacking endeavors! Wahoo!

Like seriously, how badly do you just want to bite that strawberry through your computer screen right now?! This chocolate fruit dip reminds me of brownie batter, except way healthier and still incredibly delicious!

We Love 4-Ingredient Recipes

For this recipe, which includes literally only 4 ingredients, go for the best ingredients you can find! I swear by Rodelle for my baking and cooking needs when it comes to high quality extracts and seasonings. In this recipe I used the Rodelle Cocoa Powder and Rodelle Vanilla Extract – easily my two most commonly used Rodelle ingredients!

It’s also worth mentioning that you can use really any unsweetened greek yogurt in this recipe! I used a 0% milkfat variety, but you can most certainly use a 2% or higher for extra creaminess 🙂 Have you ever had the 5% milkfat greek yogurt from Fage?! Oooh you don’t know creamy until you’ve tried that!

  • Chocolate Fruit Dip Ingredients

Gather together your high-quality ingredients, mix, mix, mix and voila… you have healthy fruit dip! Very little prep needed and oh so tasty. You can dip fruit in this fruit dip… duh ;P But pretzels also taste amazing or just eat it straight up. Confession, I’ve done that multiple times this week already! It’s even better if you add a few chocolate chips to the top.

A creamy, high-protein fruit dip that is packed with chocolate delight!

Course: Snack
Servings: 2
Calories: 72 kcal
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Rodelle cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Rodelle vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Get some fresh fruit and dip it!

  3. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
