Have you ever roasted fruit? Life changing. Roasting vegetables is life changing enough – quite the way to up your meal prepping game, but fruit, my friends, is a whole new experience when glazed to a caramelized perfection, as you pull it out of the oven! These Honey Balsamic Roasted Peaches are no exception to the fact that roasted fruit is UNREAL.
When Experimentation Works Oh So Well
I’ve been roasting pears for years and one day in the grocery store, I decided that peaches paired with a honey balsamic glaze would be perfection… I wasn’t wrong! This recipe is so stinkin’ simple and these roasted peaches pair perfectly with so many things.
You can incorporate them into a warm salad, serve them as a side dish when combined with roasted brussels sprouts, eat them for breakfast atop a bowl of yogurt (I am currently loving this dairy-free Forager yogurt), or enjoy them for a healthy dessert with vanilla bean ice cream (garnish with mint leaves for the perfect touch). The possibilities are endless.
There are only a few ingredients needed and these are so easy to make, yet feel gourmet! Here are a few great ingredients to consider:
- Avocado oil – This has become my oil of choice for nearly everything due to it’s flavorless nature, high smoke point and the lack of processing! This is one of my go-to brands.
- Balsamic vinegar – There is nothing like a quality balsamic vinegar to make this recipe and all your homemade vinaigrettes (like this Simple Savory Balsamic Salad Dressing) taste splendid! Check out this deliciously aged balsamic.
- Honey – My absolute go-to sweetener in all sorts of recipes!
The Smell of These Honey Balsamic Roasted Peaches = Better Than a Candle

Note: I do suggest enjoying your roasted peaches when they are fresh. I have tried refrigerating them for later and they just aren’t quite as lovely the next day, but I can promise you that you’ll have no problem polishing off quite a few of these honey balsamic roasted peaches when they are fresh out of the oven 🙂
