Simple Savory Balsamic Salad Dressing

It’s 75 degrees outside, so summer is basically here and I’m trying to eat all the summer salads. Every last one. So many fresh fruit chunks. So much goat cheese. So many pieces of grilled chicken and salmon. And naturally a lovely balsamic dressing needs to drizzle all that goodness.

I’m here to teach you that making your own salad dressing can be super easy and delicious! I know that right now you’re thinking, “well Reed, I could just buy some balsamic vinaigrette at the store…” Yes, yes you could. But have you looked at the length of that ingredient list?! Does it really even taste that great?! And what if I told you that you could save a few bucks by making your own?!

Convinced yet? Ooh one more thing… mixing this up doesn’t even have to get messy. Simply pour the ingredients into a mason jar, turn on some T. Swift and shake, shake, shake (I can’t believe I just wrote that…). Mmmm yes, so simple. Let’s get shaking, babes.
