I’ve received tons of requests recently for protein-packed snack ideas, so I wanted to share some of my go-to options, both store bought and homemade!
Yes I am wearing a hat in the video. Yes it is April. Yes I live in Minnesota. No I am not a fan of this weather 😉 I actually started binge listening to country music this weekend (which is massively out of character for me) because I think it reminds me of warmer weather. Things are getting desperate, but boy does Thomas Rhett have a beautiful voice.
Here are some favorite protein snacks of mine, with links to the items mentioned in the video:
PROTEIN SHAKE – here are some ideas for crafting the perfect shake.
JERKY – remember to look for a short ingredient list with ideally less than 5 grams of sugar.
PROTEIN BARS – look for recognizable ingredients with at least 10 grams of protein.
SRIRACHA TUNA DIP – this delicious dip is pictured above and all you need to mix together is a can of tuna with 1 tablespoon of mayo and a squirt of sriracha. Easy peasy.
