Sautéed Asparagus with Turkey Bacon

The perfect savory side dish to add to your meal prepping menu!

Course: Side Dish
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 4 pieces turkey bacon
  • Dash of salt & pepper
  1. Warm up a skillet, over medium heat, with the oil and garlic.

  2. Wash and chop asparagus spears into 2 inch pieces, then add to heated skillet and sauté (season with salt & pepper).

  3. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.

  4. Once the turkey bacon is crispy, chop into small pieces and add to asparagus.
