These balls are made with clean ingredients, but don't lack an ounce of warm & spicy gingerbread flavor! (gluten & dairy free)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 1/2 cups salted cashews
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a doughy ball forms.

  2. Roll into bite-sized balls.

  3. Store in the refrigerator.
