Ingredients
  • COLLAGEN BITE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup salted roasted cashews
  • 1 cup pitted dates (~8)
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • ICING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil (solid at room temp)
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Grind cashews into a nut flour in the food processor.

  2. Add all additional "Collagen Bite Ingredients" and blend until a doughy ball forms.

  3. Roll into golf-ball sized balls and it's icing time!

  4. Mix the "Icing Ingredients" in a small dish and scoop into a small resealable, plastic bag. 

  5. Push the icing into the corner of the bag, snip a tiny corner of the bag and pipe icing onto balls.

  6. Store in the refrigerator!
