Grind cashews into a nut flour in the food processor.
Add all additional "Collagen Bite Ingredients" and blend until a doughy ball forms.
Roll into golf-ball sized balls and it's icing time!
Mix the "Icing Ingredients" in a small dish and scoop into a small resealable, plastic bag.
Push the icing into the corner of the bag, snip a tiny corner of the bag and pipe icing onto balls.
Store in the refrigerator!
