This homemade protein shake is made with collagen peptides, peppermint extract and a sprinkle of chocolate chips, for a snack or breakfast that is both delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 Tbsp unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, minus the dark chocolate chips.

  2. When the protein shake is blended, add the dark chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate them.

  3. Enjoy!!
