These baked home fries are perfectly crispy, super simple to make and packed with savory, garlic flavor.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Thinly slice your potatoes into similar-size sticks. Note: the more thinly you slice the potatoes the crispier they will get in the oven.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, paprika and garlic powder.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until all potatoes are coated with the oil & spice mixture.
Lay the seasoned potatoes on a greased or lined cookie sheet (I find that parchment paper works best) in a single layer. If you have some additional seasonings to do a light dusting on top, have at it - extra nutritional yeast is always a good idea!
Bake for 30-40 min, until the potatoes are your desired crispness!
