These baked home fries are perfectly crispy, super simple to make and packed with savory, garlic flavor.

  • 2 large potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 tsp for super garlic fries)
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Thinly slice your potatoes into similar-size sticks. Note: the more thinly you slice the potatoes the crispier they will get in the oven.

  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, paprika and garlic powder.

  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until all potatoes are coated with the oil & spice mixture.

  5. Lay the seasoned potatoes on a greased or lined cookie sheet (I find that parchment paper works best) in a single layer. If you have some additional seasonings to do a light dusting on top, have at it - extra nutritional yeast is always a good idea!

  6. Bake for 30-40 min, until the potatoes are your desired crispness!
